When I first came to this gym I used the 3 day trial my first day everyone was super friendly and coach Joel introduced me to everyone in the class. I now am reaching a year of joining come and take it and I grow to love it more and more each day ! Members and coaches are like family and any new members or even if someone is just dropping in become instant friends. Not only are the workouts great they are also challenging and have made me a way better athlete ! Everyone that goes is really encouraging and motivating. Even if you aren’t the best in the beginning you will excel here quickly with how knowledgeable the staff is.

I’ve been coming for a few months and I feel stronger and my mobility is increasing a little bit. They really take their time and explain technique fully. I didn’t realize how much I had to learn but I am really enjoying the atmosphere. I would recommend this place in a heart beat and I think the instructors are top notch high quality people.
