I have been to several CrossFit gyms in town, and this is by far the best in terms of people and programming. The workouts are consistently hard but not in a way that makes you prone to injury. I have been going since December 5x a week and I’m down about 25 lbs. I’m a working mom of 4, and the 6 am class works best for my schedule. Try it- you won’t regret it!

Joel and Vanessa have been so great at getting me motivated while starting my CrossFit journey. I’ve had a previous knee injury and all of the coaches have been so good at modifying some of the workouts on the days where my knee is hurting. The community at the gym has been so welcoming!
